"Beautiful spa, friendly, professional. I work in the beauty industry so I am picky about where I go and who touches my face. Dana is extremely knowledgable and is an incredible injector. I let her know that I get anxious at times when I'm having a procedure done, and she put me completely at ease and asked through out if I was comfortable and doing ok. I have had botox and chemical peels by Dana. I also picked up the best SPF and eye cream! I have sent my personal clients here knowning they are in the best hands."- A.T. / Facebook / Oct 01, 2019

Am I a good candidate for the HALO laser?
Ideal candidates for HALO laser treatment sessions in Dallas, TX have one or more of the following skin concerns:
- Rough/uneven skin texture
- Brown spots
- Enlarged pores
This laser is cleared by the FDA for use on all skin types, as well as use on both the face and other areas of concern. If you have active acne or there is a chance you might be pregnant, please point these out to Dana before treatment.
How does the HALO work?
At the beginning of your treatment session, you might desire a topical anesthetic to be applied just to assist in ensuring your comfort throughout the process. After the numbing has kicked in, Dana will apply either the ablative or nonablative wavelength to your treatment site. The type of wavelength chosen will depend on your concern, with ablative wavelengths often used for textural issues. In contrast, nonablative ones address deeper skin concerns such as sun damage and pigmentation. All in all, this treatment should be straightforward and quick, leaving you ready to return to day-to-day life as soon as the next day.
What can I expect after treatment?
Immediately following your HALO laser session, you might find your skin turns quite red. This is a completely expected and normal reaction to the resurfacing power of your laser treatment and should go away within 24-48 hours. However, you will want to be extra careful with your skin as it recovers, keeping it out of direct sunlight or from high-intensity activity. You can contact our Dallas, TX office with any additional concerns about recovery.
