How does the HALO work?
At the beginning of your treatment session, you might desire a topical anesthetic to be applied just to assist in ensuring your comfort throughout the process. After the numbing has kicked in, one of our team members will apply the ablative and nonablative wavelengths to your treatment site. The two types of wavelengths simultaneously address different concerns, with ablative wavelengths often used for aging concerns. In addition, nonablative ones address tonal skin concerns such as sun damage and pigmentation. All in all, this treatment should be straightforward and quick, leaving you ready to return to day-to-day life as soon as the next day.

What can I expect after treatment?
Immediately following your HALO laser session, you might find your skin turns quite red. This is an expected and normal reaction to the resurfacing power of your laser treatment. However, you will want to be extra careful with your skin as it recovers, keeping it out of direct sunlight or high-intensity activity.
